What is the freezeframe E-Z Ship Kit? 
The E-Z Ship kit is a patented, pre-packaged kit designed to freezeframe's specifications that includes the ideal shipping supplies for successful fresh flower transportation. The kit includes an outside box, internal foam liners, freezer packs, rehydration spray, a pre-paid shipping label, and all other necessary supplies. It even includes tape!

Use a Pre-Printed UPS Label

2. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule pickup

Be sure to request home/office pickup, and PROVIDE a payment method to UPS rep. to cover the $5 fee.

Be sure to call at least 1 day in advance (UPS cannot do same day pickups from home or office)
3. Place Box outside in visible location

Make sure it is clearly marked for UPS (click here for a printable sign)

You do not need to be present when the driver arrives, as long as you have pre-paid the $5 pickup fee, and the box is clearly marked.

Freezeframe reps will scan and e-mail the top label, and the bottom label

Once you receive the labels in your in box, print them out on white paper

Signed freezeframe STC (pdf) . YES, this can be printed and signed later if you are in a hurry! Cold source for package: UPS stores do not typically stock freezer packs that are alreaedy frozen, so bring a few bags of frozen veggies with you from home!

A: Use bags of frozen veggies instead
Be sure to include unfrozen freezer packs so they can be recycled!
