Supplies List:

. Styrofoam cooler
. Plastic bag
. Packing filler (shredded paper or pills)
. Cooling element (freezer packs or bags of ice)
. Heavy duty tape . Corrugated shipping box
. For flowers not arranged in a green oasis holder only, you will need paper towels and some tin foil.

Flower Hydration

1. For bouquets arranged in green oasis holders, pour cool fresh water over the green oasis holder, giving the flowers a drink before shipment.
2. For bouquets arranged as a nosegay clutch, cut 1" off the bottom of the stems and wrap them with some drenched paper towels, then wrap the paper towels with tin foil to hold in the moisture.
3. For individual flowers, cut 1" off the bottom of the stems and wrap them with some drenched paper towels, then wrap the paper towels with tin foil to hold in the moisture.

Flower Packing

1. Tape cooling elements to bottom of Styrofoam cooler.
2. Pour some packing filler into the cooler approximately 4" deep.
3. Place bouquet inside empty plastic bag (LEAVE BAG OPEN).
4. Nestle bouquet (inside bag) down into packing filler in cooler.
5. Cover bouquet lightly with remaining pills. Cooler should be filled to the top.
6. Place lid on cooler and tape shut.
7. Slide cooler down into corrugated shipping box
8. Tape corrugated box shut with several bands of packing tape.
9. Go to your local shipping store, DHL location, U.S. Post office, or Fedex location to ship your box.

1. Next Day Air AM: most expensive, no added value to flowers arriving in AM
2. Next Day Air: less expensive than #1, guarantees flowers will arrive sometime next day
3. Next Day Air Saver: Our Recommendation. Least expensive of next day options
4. 2nd Day Air: Most affordable, SLIGHT risk of flower deterioration. Our customers have had great success with this option, as long as they have followed all packing instructions.

U.S. Post Office, FedEx, or Mail Boxes Etc. also provide next day shipping. Call the local branch for price quotes and options.
